ActiveX settings Internet Explorer 4.x:

1. From the browser menu, click View > Internet Options,

Click on the Security tab.

2. Select Internet Zone from the Zone drop down list,

Select Custom as the Security Level,

Click Settings.

3. Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section,

Under Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting select Enable,

Under Download signed ActiveX contols select Prompt,

Under Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins select Enable.

4. Click OK to close the Security Settings window,

Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

5. ActiveX is now enabled.
